Cutting Through the Noise + Anatomie d'un moteur
Information
For this in-studio showcase, Alexandre Morin invites presenters to discover two 20 minute excerpts of his latest creations ready for touring: Anatomie d'un moteur and Cutting Through the Noise.
Cutting Through the Noise
Cutting Through the Noise is an energetic journey, an exaltation through the body and the music, a stream of liberating states, a search for identity carried by 12 generous and insatiable beings. A playlist inspired by EBM (electronic body music), evoking the energy of a nightclub, drives the movement and electrifies audiences.

Anatomie d'un moteur
It’s with an eye looking in the rear-view mirror that Alexandre Morin composed this demanding and sensitive solo, summoning up his roots and family history in a docu-fictional approach. In partnership with his brother Gabriel, who works on the body of a vehicle on-screen during the show, he embraces that heritage, transforming manual labor into a sculptural dance.
